Specifically designed to hold extensive batches of cutlery, this Hot Fill Utensil Washer features a greatly extended wash cavity to encompass anything from gastronorm trays to slow cooking pots, steamer components and stick blender attachments. Cleverly reversing its wash cycle between top and bottom this machine applies thorough rinsing to its contents regardless of its size, with the wash quality boosted by an integrated rinse aid dispenser. A self cleaning program is built into the unit to make the maintenance of the unit simple and without risk of human error.
