If space is limited, the Polar G-Series double door compact counter fridge is an excellent solution for professional chilled food storage. With a highly robust stainless steel worktop combined with a reliable 201 litre (usable) internal capacity, there’s plenty of room for keeping your ingredients perfectly chilled and close to hand.
The fridge comes with two shelves and two floor protectors as standard, however you can configure the storage to suit your ingredients by fitting additional shelves and runners as required. Alternatively, swap out the shelves by sliding full size (1/1) gastronorm pans straight in. GN pans and additional shelves sold separately.

Why are the shelves held in position by cable ties?
The cable ties are purely to prevent the shelves from moving during transportation and should be removed as part of the installation procedure. During everyday use, the shelves are held in positon with strong steel shelf runners.
How many GN pans can fit behind each door?
Up to seven shallow (40mm deep or less) full-size gastro pans can fit behind each door. Deeper pans will reduce this capacity. The counter is supplied with runners for up to two gastronorm pans – additional pans will require their own runners, available through the Spares and Accessories tab below.
Can you put cooking appliances on the worktop surface?
The Polar counter works hard to keep temperatures down, so it’s not recommended to position hot appliances on the worktop. That doesn’t mean it needs to be kept clear though – the worktop is perfect for other countertop appliances like blenders, countertop mixers and vac pack machines.
