The Lincat Silverlink 600 Free Standing Twin Propane Gas Fryer J10/P is a high quality stainless steel double free standing gas fryer featuring a cool zone which collects cooking debris giving cleaner cooking results and prolonging oil life for greater economy. It also has thermostatic controls with a fail-safe top temperature cut-out which ensures safe operation and a convenient pilot flame operation with piezo ignition.
