Pass through cupbouard which is GN 1/1 compatible with room for 7 pans; bain marie can accept GN 1/1 150mm deep pans. Upturned rim to facilitate easy GN removal. Easily removable doors and shelves for easy cleaning. Double skinned construction provides efficient heat retention and a cool to touch exterior. Two chrome shelves and one push bar included with each model. Bains marie operates with either dry heat or wet heat.
