Designline Drop In Ceran Glass Hotplate HP3 – CW618

A sturdy and quick access hub for warming foodstuffs, the Designline Drop In unit combines the simplicity of a counter top hot plate with the multifunctional space of a heated display. You can choose whatever assortment of gastronorm dishes you like to sit on the 3/1 GN ceran glass surface, with base heat and surface heat being altered separately through a control panel on the operator’s side. Built for self service use, this unit would be a welcome addition anywhere from staff and hospital canteens to pub carveries where the food selection is diverse and readily replaced. Temperature ranges from 85C to 110C, providing ample warmth to food for both short and long term holding .
