Lincat’s heavy duty dual zone Lincat Silverlink 600 Chrome Propane Gas Griddle GS7C/P features an attractive mirrored chrome surface meaning it is ideal for front of house use. The dual heat zones are controlled independently with high and low heat settings for controlled cooking with a piezo ignition. The plate is made from solid 12mm thick steel ensuring even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. The griddleÍΑs reduced heat radiation into the cooking area also means it lowers energy costs.
